How to Use Kanazawa Konnyaku Rice
Mix 150g of raw white rice with a packet of Kanazawa Konnyaku Rice (60g), add about 360ml of water, and cook it like you normally cook rice. That’s all you need to do to make delicious “rice”!
When Kanazawa Konnyaku Rice is cooked with white rice, it can be prepared into fried rice, sushi, chicken rice, and any other dishes just like regular white rice. Make your favorite dishes with the cooked “rice”!
